Standard production for an order is 4-5 business days followed by 2-6 days for first class mail. There are multiple production time options at checkout for different arrival times. They shorten both production and shipping times.

Love the design but want it on a different style shirt? No problem!
Go to the “Style Change” section in the shop and select the listing you desire to print on. You would only need to mark the design and design color in the notes at checkout!
→CUSTOM COLORS←
Because of our printing methods, we are not limited on colors nor the amount of colors we can use! Pricing would be based on design size, instead of the amount of colors. So for orders you can request images, gradients, photographs, textures, patterns, flags, etc. at no extra cost.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want metallics or a glitter option they will be a different price. For those options if there is a distressed/eroded effect on the image, it will be removed as it will have to be cut as a solid image. They are not always available for all designs, so be sure to check in with us first!

Design proofs are sent free of charge after purchase if requested. To receive a proof of a design option not listed (customized), it will require a purchase of the "quick edit" option from our custom design listing. The custom design purchase would then apply to your garment purchase order so it would not end up being an additional cost to you.

If you are ordering multiple items, please add the first selection to your cart, then go back and add the others individually until all desired items are in your cart. Once they are there, then you can checkout!

CAN I GET A BULK DISCOUNT? DO I GET A DISCOUNT IF I ORDER MORE?
Yes, bulk discounts start at 10+ shirts. You can use code "10FOR10" for 10% off your order, code "15FOR15" for 15% off 15+, and code "20FOR20" for 20% off 20+.
If you just barely make it at 9 shirts, you can use code "SOCLOSE" for 5% off.
Should you wish for an even larger quantity and have a budget, please reach out so we can see what can be done!
WHAT SIZE DO I GET?
Size charts are located in the photos of each listing! Please ALWAYS refer to the measurements versus the size listed in the size chart for the best result.
If you do not know your measurements, we suggest locating a garment you currently have and love the fit of to measure. You would lay the garment on a flat surface and measure the width and length in order to compare with the size charts.
Please note, if you are the exact measurement of the size chart, that garment will give you a fitted look since both measurements match. If you wish for a looser fit, we recommend sizing up one. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up two sizes.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Wash inside out on cold and air dry for the best results.
It is best to avoid fabric softeners + bleach as both can damage the print. We recommend and use white vinegar in our washing machine as a natural fabric softener and it works fantastically -- no, it does not make your clothes stinky (quite the opposite actually)!
If drying is desired, dry on low heat for a short amount of time (5-10 minutes) and let the rest air dry. It releases the wrinkles, but prevents print damage. High heat can cause damage to the image and shorten the life span of your garment.
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
Because we have a lot of event based products, returns are shorter and are accepted if postmarked within 7 days of the posted delivery date. Should you have a conflict, please notify us ahead of time.
*If it was customized, a hat, a keychain, or a clearance item, it is FINAL SALE.*
We do not purchase shipping labels for returns nor refund shipping when an item is returned. For tees/tanks/long sleeves shipped ground, $6 is not refunded (+$1.50 for each additional item). For hoodies/zip hoodies shipped ground, $10 is not refunded (+$2 for each additional item). Additional fees apply if the order was shipped priority mail or express mail.
Rush shipping is NONREFUNDABLE once an order has shipped.
I WANT MY SHIRT BY A CERTAIN DATE! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Minus clearance items, everything is made to order in house! Standard production is 4-5 business days and ground mail is 2-5 days.
There are multiple rush options in the shipping section at checkout to shorten production time and quicken shipping.
**Please DO NOT use the estimated dates as Etsy does not take into account that we manually update production times.**
Your best bet is to message us! Please send us the date you need an order DELIVERED by so we can recommend the best option.
CAN I CUSTOM ORDER A SHIRT? IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE!
One of the best things we offer is the ability to custom order anything! We also do not require a minimum purchase for customization, so you can order as many as you would like!
If you desire a proof of color/name changes to a listing BEFORE purchase, you are required to order the “QUICK EDIT” option from our custom design listing. This purchase would apply to your order.
If you are requesting an entirely new design that is not in the shop, you will be subject to a design fee ($40-$200) depending on the amount of work required and if you would like to keep the art file.
You can find more information in the “CUSTOM DESIGN” section of the shop with the custom design listing. Design fees are NONREFUNDABLE.

SOMETHING CAME UP, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled and refunded within 48 hours as long as they have not shipped. If it was a custom order and items were already produced, we cannot refund you for the completed items. After 48 hours, your order has already begun so it no longer can be canceled.
Because of this, please be sure to always double check your order form for the correct information and contact us about any upcoming deadline. We don't know unless you tell us!
MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN MARKED "DELIVERED", BUT IT IS MISSING
Write us, but please also contact USPS ASAP! USPS is the one who handled your package so they will be able to provide more answers than us. USPS has a GPS scanner to locate where your package was scanned upon delivery. Sometimes they prematurely mark it as delivered or deliver it to your neighbor so it is also best to check with all of those around you, ESPECIALLY in apartment buildings.
As much as we would like to, we cannot ship out a new package on anything marked delivered. However we are happy to help with placing a new order at a discounted rate for you and will add on signature delivery so it does not miss getting to you.
Should your package remain missing after USPS’ inquiry, please let us know so we can file a claim.
