Want to change the color of a design and receive a proof before purchase?
You got it! We will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want!
When you order a custom design, approve the proof, and would like it printed -- the design fee is then applied to your order so it does not end up being an extra cost to you!
For example, if you request the color change proof option at $5 and want a shirt that would be $20 for the print, you would then only owe $15 (plus shipping). We will provide you with a one time discount code to use at time of shirt purchase to cover the design fee you already purchased!
If you pay for a design and no longer want it printed but have already received the proof, you are still responsible for the design fee.
If you change your mind at a later time and decide you would in turn still like to have it, please let us know so we can help!

Please be sure to let us know as many details as possible like the below outline.
1. Type of Shirt (size if you know)
2. Color of shirt
3. Desired Design (if text, let us know desired text such as script, western, etc)
4. Design Color Preference (we can print any amount of colors & have glitter options as well)
5. If you have a time limit
6. Anything in the shop or outside of the shop that appeals to you visually.
The last option helps us to create a design that appeals to you most! We cannot read minds and do not like to work off the old saying of "I'll know it when I see it". The more we know about your likes, the quicker we can make something you like!

Time is valuable -- this listing is to cover any custom design fee.
If you are interested in getting a custom shirt made, you will be instructed to purchase one of a few options.
You will be instructed by the shop as to which option to choose!
Options Explained:
$5 -- Quick Edit: Requesting a color/name change of an image and would like a preview before purchasing.
$15 -- Short Design Time: If the design you're requesting is a quick process -- like creating text on a shirt.
$25 -- Long Design Time: If the design requires a lot of custom artwork -- creating images as opposed to just text.
If the custom design ends up costing more than the shirt, you are still responsible for the difference.

We cannot take back time we spent creating a design for you, so once we send a proof your way it is final sale as we have already applied our time for you.
You also do not have any ownership over the design we create for you. No rights are transferred upon purchase of any items in the shop.
Paying for the custom design listing does not give you ownership. If you take our design and use it for yourself or have someone else create it, you are under violation of copyright law and subject to liability. If you provide us with your own artwork, that still remains in your ownership.

Custom designs can take up to 1-4 days for completion depending on the shop's schedule. When we are super busy, we have to get production going so orders can go out. Unfortunately this means we cannot spend our timing working on the design. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Please be sure to alert us if you have a tight time frame to see if it can be completed in time.

Yes, bulk discounts start at 10+ shirts. You can use code "10FOR10" for 10% off your order. If you order 20+, you can use code "20FOR20" for 20% off.

Size charts are located in the photos of each listing! Please ALWAYS refer to the measurements versus the size listed in the size chart for the best result.
If you do not know your measurements, we suggest locating a garment you currently have and love the fit of to measure. You would lay the garment on a flat surface and measure the width and length in order to compare with the size charts.
Please note, if you are the exact measurement of the size chart, that garment will give you a fitted look since both measurements match. If you wish for a looser fit, we recommend sizing up one. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up two sizes.
Wash inside out on cold and air dry for the best results.
It is best to avoid fabric softeners + bleach as both can damage the print. We recommend and use white vinegar in our washing machine as a natural fabric softener and it works fantastically -- no, it does not make your clothes stinky (quite the opposite actually)!
If drying is desired, dry on low heat for a short amount of time and let the rest air dry. High heat can cause damage to the image and shorten the life span of your garment.
Because we have a lot of event based products, returns are shorter and are accepted if postmarked within 7 days of the posted delivery date. Should you have a conflict, please notify us ahead of time.
The only items that CANNOT be returned are: custom orders, stickers, digital downloads, and clearance. All of those are FINAL SALE.
We do NOT purchase return postage nor is shipping refunded when an item is returned.
Once the item(s) is back in our possession, we will refund the cost of the item. Rush production and shipping are NONREFUNDABLE as they have already been used and applied. Please note, this includes the final cost of shipping even for orders who qualified for free shipping.
Minus clearance items, everything is made to order in house! Standard production is 4-5 business days and ground mail is 2-5 days.
There are multiple rush options in the shipping section at checkout to shorten production time and quicken shipping.
**Please DO NOT use the estimated dates as Etsy does not take into account that we manually update production times.**
Your best bet is to message us! Please send us the date you need an order DELIVERED by and whether you are in the US or international.
One of the best things we offer is the ability to custom order anything! We also do not require a minimum purchase for customization, so you can order as many as you would like!
If you desire a proof of color/name changes to a listing before purchase, you are required to order the “QUICK EDIT” option from our custom design listing.
If you are requesting an entirely new design that is not in the shop, you will be subject to a design fee ($15-$25) depending on the amount of work required. Design fees are applied to your order, so they end up not being an extra cost.

Orders can be cancelled and refunded as long as they have not shipped. If it was a custom order and items were already produced, we cannot refund you for the completed items.
Write us, but please also contact USPS ASAP! USPS is the one who handled your package so they will be able to provide more answers than us. USPS has a GPS scanner to locate where your package was scanned upon delivery. Sometimes they prematurely mark it as delivered or deliver it to your neighbor so it is also best to check with all of those around you, ESPECIALLY in apartment buildings.
As much as we would like to, we cannot ship out a new package on anything marked delivered. However we are happy to help with placing a new order at a discounted rate for you and will add on signature delivery so it does not miss getting to you.
Should your package remain missing after USPS’ inquiry, please let us know so we can file a claim.
