WHAT SIZE DO I GET?

Please ALWAYS refer to the measurements in the size chart for each listing. They are located at the end of the photos in the listing.

**It is always best to use the measurements instead of the letter associated with each size.**

If you do not know your measurements, we suggest locating a garment you currently have and love the fit of to measure. You would lay the garment on a flat surface and measure the width and length in order to compare with the size charts.

Please note, if you are the exact measurement of the size chart, that garment will give you a fitted look since both measurements match. If you wish for a looser fit, we recommend sizing up one. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up two sizes.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash inside out on cold and air dry. If drying is desired, dry on low heat for a short amount of time and let the rest air dry. High heat can fade the image or cause vinyl to crack. It may also cause your shirt to shrink. If your shirt shrinks, dampen the shirt and stretch the sides out. Allow to air dry. Shirts will also stretch out some when pulled when dry.

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?

Because we have a lot of event based products, returns are shorter and are accepted if postmarked within 7 days of the posted delivery date. Should you have a conflict, please notify us ahead of time.

The only items that CANNOT be returned are: custom orders, stickers, digital downloads, and clearance. All of those are FINAL SALE.

We do NOT purchase return postage nor is shipping refunded when an item is returned.

Once the item(s) is back in our possession, we will refund the cost of the item. Rush production and shipping are NONREFUNDABLE as they have already been used and applied. Please note, this includes the final cost of shipping even for orders who qualified for free shipping.

I WANT MY SHIRT BY A CERTAIN DATE! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Minus clearance items, everything is made to order! Standard production is 4-5 business days. If less than 4 shirts are ordered, it ships via USPS first class mail (2-6 days). If 4 or more t-shirts are ordered, it automatically gets upgrade to priority mail.

There are multiple rush options in the shipping section at checkout to shorten production time and quicken shipping. Please DO NOT use the estimated dates as Etsy does not take into account that we manually update production times.

Your best bet is to message us! Please send us the date you need an order DELIVERED by and whether you are in the US or international. We recommend adding a day or two before your delivery date needed so you have time to wash the garment prior to wear.

CAN I CUSTOM ORDER A SHIRT? IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE!

One of the best things we offer is the ability to custom order anything! We also do not require a minimum purchase for customization, so you can order as many as you would like!

If you desire a proof of color/name changes to a listing before purchase, you are required to order the “QUICK EDIT” option from our custom design listing.

If you are requesting an entirely new design that is not in the shop, you will be subject to a design fee ($15-$25) depending on the amount of work required. You can find more information in the “CUSTOM DESIGN” section of the shop with the custom design listing. Design fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Design fees are applied to your order, so they end up not being an extra cost to you! Contact us for more details!

SOMETHING CAME UP, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled and refunded as long as they have not shipped. If it was a custom order and items were already produced, we cannot refund you for the completed items.
